Bittersweet Co. formerly located in one of the few historically protected buildings in town, originally built in 1906 for the Hopkinton Supply Company. We have now moved next door to 22-24 Main Street. We completely renovated the new space, attempting to capture some of the charm that was associated with the previous location. A complete labor of love that took over a year. We are delighted with what we have achieved. We hope you are too! When it came to fitting out Bittersweet, the owner, CJ, asked the people of the town what they were looking for. What we have today is a representation of their requirements for a village café and wine bar. Hospitality is a very simple equation: ask them what they want, and give it to them.

We are always pushing the boundaries in our food and drink portfolios. We are super excited to offer a tapas menu with many international dishes. We have an eclectic wine menu, craft beer selection, and some domestic beer offerings.

We are excited to offer "Whipped Sangria in three flavors" and our "Hand pressed Mimosa" should prove a big hit with the ladies! Our lavender latte has also become a staple testament to our out-of-the-box outlook.

People often ask, “How do you know when you are successful?” Quite simply, when the locals put their arms around you and make your business part of their community.
